Published rates are starting rates and are not guaranteed final fares. Final pricing may vary based on pickup and destination locations, mileage, travel time, service duration, date and time, additional stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, airport or facility fees, special-event requirements, itinerary changes, and other service requirements.

The applicable rate or quoted fare will be communicated to the customer before transportation is provided.

Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time, additional stops, itinerary changes, parking, tolls, airport or facility fees, extraordinary cleaning, vehicle damage, and other client-requested services, as applicable.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances

House of Distinction, Inc. maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of intoxicating substances by drivers while providing transportation-for-hire services.

Drivers are prohibited from consuming, possessing, or being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or other intoxicating substances while operating a HOUSE vehicle, providing transportation services, or performing other safety-sensitive duties.

Safety Protocol: House of Distinction, Inc. takes passenger safety seriously. Suspected violations should be reported promptly to HOUSE and may also be reported to the City of Dallas. Reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken consistent with applicable law and company policy.
